Service times, bookings, warranty & more

How long does a service take?

Most services are completed within 24–48 hours. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the fastest turnaround.

Do I need to book an appointment?

While we accept walk-ins for minor repairs, we strongly recommend booking for full services to guarantee a slot.

Do you provide a warranty on repairs?

Yes — all labour is covered by a 30-day guarantee. Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Can you service e-bikes?

We service the mechanical components of all e-bikes. For electrical systems, we specialise in Bosch and Shimano Steps.

1. Services & Quotes

All work is carried out based on an estimate agreed at the time of drop-off. Any additional costs identified during the repair will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

2. Payments

Payment is due in full upon collection of your bicycle. We accept card payments via SumUp.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on labour for all services, excluding puncture repairs. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty where applicable.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from the use of your bicycle following a repair.

6. Bike Condition

Bikes should be reasonably clean on drop-off. Bicycles not collected within 7 days of completion may incur a storage fee of £10 per day.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

We will provide you with a detailed quote for your specific job, and no work will be carried out on your bike until you have approved the quote. If you're unsure which service your bike needs, please call us or visit the shop — our team will be happy to assess it and recommend the best solution.

Important: If you bring your bike without a prior booking, we may not be able to keep it on-site due to limited space. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your slot.

Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, order emails).
Google Calendar — to schedule and manage service appointments.
Cloudflare — website security, CDN and DDoS protection.
PayPal — payment processing for shop orders.
Hostinger — website hosting and database storage.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and comply with UK GDPR.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking and contact data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of your last interaction with us. Loyalty programme data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

This website uses browser local storage to save your preferences (loyalty card data, style settings) and Cloudflare security cookies that are essential for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Object to or restrict processing of your data.
Receive your data in a portable format.
